TSFA Mission Statement:

To be an independent Quiznos Franchisee Association that acts as the official voice of the membership that is completely autonomous, accountable and responsive to all relevant issues with regards to conducting business as a Quiznos franchisee. We will work to promote and enhance the investment made by our members through cooperative communications, coordinated efforts and a focus on our common issues.

The purpose of the TSFA is to ...

1. Create a balanced relationship between our members and Quiznos.

2. Secure our member’s rights from a position of strength.

3. Increase the profitability of all members and help them grow their business.

4. Serve as one voice in communicating with Quiznos.

Franchisee Associations are the natural progression of growing franchise organizations. Franchisee Associations operate in tandem with their corporate partner. The relationship can be synergistic and positive. Worth noting are Franchisee Associations allied with the following restaurant chains: A&W, Dairy Queen, Pizza Hut, KFC, Denny's, Sonic, Little Caesar's, Domino's, 7-Eleven, Burger King, Hooters, Subway, McDonalds, Hardee's, TCBY.
